All About POA is a survival guide for people moving to Porto Alegre, or already living here. The site is a set of practical guides on where to live, how to open a company and a CNPJ, and everything you need to rent an apartment.

Porto Alegre is very different from São Paulo and Rio: an Azorean city with Italian and German roots, cold, with a gaúcho soul (from the word’s etymology, not the accent). The bureaucracy, unfortunately, is the same Brazilian one.
